Sun Trip China, more than a ride!
The Sun Trip Closing Ceremony: Celebrating the Franco-Chinese Month of the Environment
On October 17, a delegation of Sun Trip participants showcased our adventures and innovative solar-powered vehicles at the launch event of the Franco-Chinese Month of the Environment, at the invitation of the French Consulate General in Guangzhou and the teams of the Institut Français.
It was a real honor to continue working alongside France’s diplomatic team, which has supported us so much since the early days of the Sun Trip in Guangzhou, back in 2018.
We can’t wait for what’s next! 🇫🇷🇨🇳☀️🚴
Day 5 : Arrival in Guangzhou
This new solar-powered cycling adventure has once again highlighted China’s remarkable ability to organize, invest, innovate, and preserve its natural and cultural heritage.
In China, the values of the Sun Trip take on an exceptional dimension, elevated by the country’s strength and dynamism. Throughout the journey, participants experienced outstanding hospitality, warm smiles, enthusiasm, and an infectious joy for life!
A wonderful collective achievement, made possible by the commitment of local authorities, partners, volunteers, and all participants.
This edition also marks a new step in the Sun Trip’s development, with investments in a new generation of solar-powered bicycles and the integration of innovative solutions from partners such as Phosgos and its solar wheels.
The Sun Trip continues to build bridges between France and China through solar mobility, adventure, and friendship between peoples.
Here’s a video from our partner Phosgo:
