Mount Aigoual is a summit located in the south of the Massif Central, on the border between the departments of Gard and Lozère. It rises to 1,565 meters above sea level. This makes it the highest point in Gard and the second highest point in Lozère after the peak of Finiels located in Mont Lozère.
